They both go on a journey to the north, where Lyra finds the building where the children are kept. The background in this movie seems jolly accurate for the time percentage point and fits the movie perfectly. Since this is a fantasy movie, it should be in a vista where quaint things ca n happen. So at the reference of the movie, it seems the setting is in a poor point. This is a place where children can draw off around playing and no deterioration with come to them, further by each other. The buildings in this setting seem kind of old. They look a lot manage castles. When you see the children zip around, they all tend to be spruced up in old, smutty clothes. This adds to the poorest atmosphere.

These settings seem real pictorial jibe to the movie. Later on in the movie, they end up in the north. This seems to be a very good setting in this movie. They are difficult to hide what they are doing to these childre n. The north everlastingly seems like a des! erted place, no one in truth goes up there. The acting in this movie is done fairly well. Nicole Kidman plays her character really well, with all the face expressions and tones of voice.
